Your Home Can Improve Your Finances
Our Welcome Home Loans have helped hundreds of manufactured-home owners in resident-owned communities (ROCs) or on their own land refinance their mortgages or use the equity to expand or improve their homes.
Refinance Your Home Loan
Refinancing your loan might lower your monthly payments or allow you to pay off the loan sooner. It might help you escape a high interest rate, get you out from under an adjustable-rate mortgage or the need to pay mortgage insurance, or allow you to add or remove a borrower from the loan.
Every homeowner’s needs differ. We’re happy to walk you through your refinance options.
Money for Other Important Needs
While it’s never a good idea to think of your home as a quick money source, there are times that homeowners need to dip into the equity (the home’s market value minus the loan balance) they’ve built.
Maybe you need to make some expensive home or auto repairs, send a child to college, or pay off one or more credit cards. If you’ve owned the home for a few years, a home equity loan might be an option. We’re happy to discuss whether it makes sense for you to take out a home equity loan.
