The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is looking for a Philanthropy Engagement Manager to help take our fundraising and capitalization efforts to the next level.
This position provides high-level administrative support for the Philanthropy team’s fundraising efforts by enhancing donor and investor relationships, ensuring accurate and efficient management of supporter information, and serving as project manager for key supporter engagement efforts.
As a member of the Philanthropy team, the Philanthropy Engagement Manager is responsible for enhancing the supporter engagement process by managing investor, donor, and grants data, planning and executing supporter events, and assisting with appeals, newsletters, and other communications efforts. In time, this position will be assigned a portfolio of supporters to cultivate for mission impact.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented development professional looking to grow in the field of donor and investor stewardship. We are looking for an excellent project manager with strong writing and organizational skills, experience with event planning, and the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently. Must be customer-service orientated with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important.
